Job Description:

Our company is a local company specializing in the providing HVAC solutions. Our client specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for the mechanical and electrical aspects of high-tech buildings and industrial production plants.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee all engineering deliverables, encompassing design development, construction documentation, submittal reviews, RFIs, and commissioning
Conduct comprehensive design and constructability reviews to ensure designs meet operational requirements and follow construction best practices
Facilitate a smooth transition from design to construction by verifying the accuracy and completeness of construction documents and permit packages
Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications
Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams throughout project life cycles
Perform technical evaluations and value engineering, developing solutions for complex engineering challenges
Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure alignment with design intent
Oversee project turnover, including the commissioning and client acceptance processes
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements

Requirements:

Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or a related field
Candidates with a diploma or higher and relevant experience will also be considered
Strong team spirit, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Willingness to work long hours
Preferably have 5 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in big scale projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in English, both oral and written
