Job Description:

My client is a nationally recognised manufacturer working with big names in the food production industry. They are seeking a maintenance engineer with FMCG manufacturing experience to join their team at a new site with modern equipment, offering career progression, training, and competitive benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the team in dismantling and replacing machine parts
Upholding health and safety regulations in a fast moving automated environment
Conducting all mandatory logs

Requirements:

Several years experience working within a FMCG environment, preferable food production
Have completed an onsite apprenticeship or hold a level 3 NVQ in Engineering or similar
Confident working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, rollers, gearboxes, fabrication repairs, fitting new parts etc
Competent fault finding and repairing on a range of electrical equipment
Be ambitious, enthusiastic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic approachable and a can do attitude to work
