Are you a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our friendly Engineering team at our Andover facility. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art food processing and packaging lines.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality engineering support, ensuring continuous operation of plant and equipment
Respond rapidly to breakdowns, effectively diagnose faults, and implement first-time fixes
Actively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
Adhere to strict safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for all

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, with experience maintaining a variety of equipment, including conveyors, packaging lines, metal detectors, and high-speed labeling machines
Problem-Solving: Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal departments and external contractors
Proactive Approach: A flexible and proactive mindset, committed to meeting the overall needs of the business
