Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large site.

Job Responsibility:

Tiling
Carpentry - Door hanging
Plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Changing light bulbs
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:

Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry preferred
