Job Description:

We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure our building and equipment are always maintained to the highest standard, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. The role involves hands-on repairs, maintaining grounds, ensuring safety systems functionality, and collaborating with the team on improvement projects.

Job Responsibility:

Handle minor repairs for smooth functioning
conduct regular electrical inspections
install new appliances and equipment
maintain outdoor areas
perform routine maintenance tasks
care for tools and machinery
test safety systems regularly
inspect and repair building damages
participate in renovation projects
collaborate closely with a facilities or maintenance manager
ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards

Requirements:

Flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend work
on-call availability for emergencies
proactive and detail-oriented professional
passion for maintenance and leadership
