Job Description:

We’re looking for a Maintenance Officer who’s ready to take charge of ensuring our building and equipment are always in top condition, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. Your role goes beyond fixing things—it’s about enhancing the everyday lives of those around you. From making sure the lights stay bright to ensuring safety systems are always ready, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our facility at its best.

Job Responsibility:

Repair tasks such as fixing leaky faucets and broken door handles
electrical checks of control panels and wiring
installation and upgrading of appliances and equipment
outdoor maintenance like lawn mowing and trash collection
light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs
regular checks of fire alarms and other safety systems
inspection and repair of building surfaces
participation in renovation projects
reporting larger issues to facilities or maintenance manager
ensuring work meets quality, health, and safety standards

Requirements:

Experience in building maintenance
skills in electrical checks
ability to install and upgrade equipment
outdoor maintenance skills
light maintenance capabilities
knowledge of safety systems
ability to inspect and repair building surfaces
ability to participate in renovation projects
skills in collaborative reporting
adherence to quality, health, and safety standards
flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work
availability for on-call emergencies
