Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Process Supervisor to join a food manufacturer in Brantford: In this role you will be looking at eliminating process losses on equipment or areas and supporting the line team in coaching. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining continuous improvement and daily management systems.

Job Responsibility:

Direction setting on daily plans
Centerline and Changeover
Building process capability and control
Providing feedback to design and lead smart standardization
Leading change management and validation processes
Benchmarking and replication of leading processes
Collaborating with line leads and equipment owners to develop new standards
Designing, maintaining and implementing systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters

Requirements:

Basic IWS high performance organization (HPO) training
Demonstrated strong interpersonal collaboration skills
Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
Ability to present to small groups
Strong technical skills, and ability to work with data and information
Strong communication/coaching/training skills
Demonstrated ability to assimilate technical data to support recommendations
