Job Responsibility:
Actively pursue new prospects and pre-identified new prospects
Independently generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals
Negotiate and close deals
Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and deepening the relationship between TMO and customers
Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools
Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
Stay hungry to learn, develop and grow - Develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management
Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
Prior SMB or Mid-Market sales experience
2-4 years Experience solutions/applications selling
2-4 years Telecommunications / technical sales
Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills
Proposal Writing Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
