Job Description:

The role involves overseeing all aspects of mall management, including operations, leasing, financial oversight, and marketing initiatives. The goal is to maximize profitability, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to ensure the mall’s growth and direction align with business objectives
oversee all aspects of mall management, including leasing and tenant relations, business planning, financial management (P&L), marketing, operations, and customer service
develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize the mall’s profitability and operational efficiency
drive occupancy growth and optimize rental income through targeted leasing and marketing initiatives
ensure the marketing and promotional activities of the shopping mall align with market trends and consumer needs
liaise with tenants and coordinate with internal teams, including Project, Fit-Out, Legal, Marketing, Facility Management, and Finance departments
maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and business growth
lead budget planning and financial oversight to ensure sustainable growth and profitability

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
8-10 years of experience in mall operations and/or mall leasing
driven, ambitious, and assertive, with strong negotiation skills
excellent communication and leadership abilities
proficient in English, both written and spoken
