Job Description:

Design of various static Process equipment like pressure vessels, columns, Heat Exchanger. as per various codes like ASME & TEMA. Should be conversant with design codes/standards like ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2, TEMA & ASME Section II. Should be conversant with design software like PV-Elite, AutoCAD. Should be conversant with material specifications generally used for Pressure vessels and Process Columns.

Job Responsibility:

Design and Detailed engineering of Pressure vessels and Process Columns for Refineries/petrochemical industry
Close coordination with Projects, Procurement, Shop Planning, Production and Quality functions in order to meet all technical requirements as per Contract

Requirements:

Design of various static Process equipment like pressure vessels, columns, Heat Exchanger as per various codes like ASME & TEMA
conversant with design codes/standards like ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2, TEMA & ASME Section II
conversant with design software like PV-Elite, AutoCAD
conversant with material specifications generally used for Pressure vessels and Process Columns
Design activities like Design Calculations, Stress Analysis & Review of Drawings Checking of Bill of Materials, documentation & maintain records as per ASME, Pressure Equipment Directive
Review Inquiry Specification sheets & Inquiry drawings provided by clients/consultants & provide appropriate outputs for the same
Preparation and leading all design related activities for ASME U stamp audits and ISO audits
Close coordination with Projects, Procurement, Shop Planning, Production and Quality functions in order to meet all technical requirements as per Contract
Design and Detailed engineering of Pressure vessels and Process Columns for Refineries/petrochemical industry
