Job Description:

As a Manager - Product Design, you will take ownership of one of our core product lanes. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a cross-functional team to create intuitive and user-centric designs that encourage users to engage, adopt, and derive value from our product.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the user experience direction for the engagement feature set. From concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience that enhances customer satisfaction
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer needs, define design requirements, and create solutions that balance user needs with business goals
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and developers
Conduct user research and testing to gather insights, validate design and iterate based on feedback
Conceive and implement design standards and guidelinesStay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the product

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or Computer Science
6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS platforms, preferably in B2B environments
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and usability best practices
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, from ideation to implementation
Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact designs
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively
Formal design education

Nice to have:

Experience working with design systems
Some frontend knowledge in styling (CSS, SCSS)
