Job Description:

The Manager, Growth Strategy Analytics role will drive data-driven decision-making, strategic initiatives, and incentive design to accelerate membership growth for Oak Street Health. Responsibilities include analytics, project implementation, sales optimization, forecasting support, mentoring teammates, and executing other priorities as directed.

Job Responsibility:

  • design and perform data reporting/analytics to inform decision-making across the Growth organization
  • provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies, improve team performance, and drive growth
  • design and manage project implementation of growth-focused initiatives, including supporting change management for center-based teammates
  • develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
  • support sales leaders with accurate forecasting by analyzing historical data, market conditions, and other relevant variables
  • assist in developing and refining sales targets and teammate performance management
  • support reporting process improvement
  • assist in the development and delivery of training and sessions for the field, ensuring they have access to the tools, data, and resources needed to succeed
  • provide coaching to junior associates
  • other strategic/analytical priorities, as determined by VP of Growth Effectiveness
  • other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of applicable experience
  • analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
  • demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data/analytics to solve problems
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format
  • expertise in data analysis and leveraging data/analytics to solve problems
  • experience in reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets, Google Slides)
  • experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus
  • experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools is a plus
  • effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with healthcare and value-based care
  • experience in a leadership or mentorship role, guiding other analysts or sales support professionals
  • US work authorization

Nice to have:

  • experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
  • experience with healthcare and value-based care
