Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager in Capital Planning to join our team in the hospitality industry in Orlando, Florida. As a Manager in Capital Planning, you will be managing capital projects, utilizing various software like Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP, and handling financial aspects related to capital assets. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the planning and execution of capital projects
Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking
Implement Cloud Technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Utilize CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective resource management
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success
Oversee construction related to capital projects
Manage capital assets and ensure their optimal utilization
Handle budget processes related to capital management
Utilize IBM software for various project management tasks
Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects effectively
Ensure proper capitalization of assets and manage capital expenditures

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years' experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required
Solid knowledge of Cloud Technologies is necessary
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is desirable
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is expected
Familiarity with IBM software and systems is a plus
Experience with About Time software is advantageous
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies is required
Experience in overseeing budget processes is mandatory
Excellent communication skills are expected
A background in construction, particularly within the hospitality industry, is beneficial
Experience in managing capital assets is necessary
Proficiency in capital management is required
Knowledge of capitalization principles in the hospitality industry is a plus

Nice to have:

Familiarity with IBM software and systems
Experience with About Time software
Knowledge of capitalization principles in the hospitality industry
