Job Description:

The Manager In Training position at Circle K involves leadership and management responsibilities, including recruiting, training, and supervising employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining site standards. Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure site cleanliness and organization
Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisor
Schedule employees within Company guidelines
Implement non-discriminatory related management skills
Develop positive relationships with suppliers
Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
Train all employees on safety procedures
Develop communication plans
Organize and maintain site files and manuals
Manage and supervise store employees
Analyze daily sales and expense information
Budget and forecast P&L lines
Safeguard and account for all money received and disbursed

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions
Ability to use computer or acquire necessary skills
Valid driver’s license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
