Job Description:

As an IT Manager, you will drive business innovation through technology within the manufacturing segment. You will translate global strategies into actionable IT initiatives and oversee the technology roadmap, budgets, and compliance, serving as a business-focused partner and SME to encourage continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Partner closely with the assigned plant managers, shared service supply chain functions, and Segment business and IT management to understand the global and regional strategy and business objectives
Participate in translating global and regional strategy into the strategy of manufacturing in the Segment
Responsibility for IT budget and accuracy of the forecast, ensuring alignment with stated goals and objectives
Develop and own a plant manufacturing technology strategy and roadmap
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor to support continuous improvement and innovation
Conduct negotiation and administration of vendor, cloud services provider and consultant contracts
Ensure the implementation of IT Corporate/Local policies and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT or any other related field
7+ years of experience in IT industry with at least 5 years as IT manager or leader
Experience leading business unit/clusters strategies for the IT department
Proven sense of urgency for innovation, continuous improvement and financial viability of projects
