Job Description:

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Manager of Brand Marketing to join a Saas company in Denver. This role is pivotal in the industry, where your main duty is to manage a team and oversee various aspects of our marketing operations. You will be responsible for brand strategy, customer acquisition and retention, content marketing, earned media, and budget management.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team to optimize marketing operations and ensure team efficiency
Develop and enhance brand strategy to differentiate our brands in the marketplace
Oversee content marketing strategies including writing, managing YouTube Channel, podcasts, and radio to engage with audience effectively
Strategize on earned media to enhance our brand visibility
Supervise the creative process, working closely with video producers and designers to enhance their productivity and elevate their work
Manage annual budget to optimize content production
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing weekly reports and daily tracking to validate the effectiveness of approach and pivot as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in enhancing brand awareness in previous roles
Demonstrated proficiency in campaign planning and execution
Significant experience in collateral management
Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
A track record of successful brand building initiatives
Expertise in developing and implementing content marketing strategies
Experience in leveraging earned media for brand promotion
Proven competency in managing marketing budgets effectively
