Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Manager of Network Technology who will play a crucial role in leading strategic network initiatives, managing our enterprise communication infrastructure, and developing team members.

Job Responsibility:

Lead strategic initiatives for data network and security technologies using Agile and Lean practices
Translate business goals into technology strategies and execute them rapidly
Manage and modernize our enterprise communication infrastructure
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the team is equipped with top talent
Monitor and manage the budget, with a focus on technology investments
Collaborate on setting architectural standards and best practices for consistency and quality
Keep track of emerging tech trends to aid in organizational advancement
Build strong relationships with our customers and provide tailored solutions to their needs
Deliver exceptional customer service and communication

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing network technology within the manufacturing industry
Proficient in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)
Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Cisco routers
Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential
Experience with Firewall Technologies is required
Ability to conduct AB Testing effectively
Proven experience in managing Active Directory
Experience with Backup Technologies is required
Knowledge of Circuit Board operations is necessary
Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware
Demonstrated experience with Juniper network products
Familiarity with Aruba network solutions
Experience with Microsoft Azure is a must
Experience in managing Aruba Wireless networks is required
