Manager, Payment Gateway Solutions & Engineering

• Platform Leadership: Be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of the in-house payment platform, ensuring seamless acceptance, processing, and settlement of transactions
• Roadmap Development: Define and drive the product and engineering roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve platform performance, scalability, and security
• Engineering Oversight: Lead the engineering team in building, maintaining, and optimizing payment processing capabilities, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Operational Excellence: Lead platform operations, incident response, and continuous improvement to maintain compliance and service level commitments
• Stakeholder Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, compliance, risk, and partners, to align payment solutions with company objectives
• Innovation & Optimization: Identify new technologies and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities and competitive positioning
• Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, security practices, and industry standards in payment processing
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of technical perfection and teamwork in a CI/CD environment

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in product management and/or engineering leadership within payment processing, fintech, or financial services
• 4-7 years Product Management experience in agile software product development environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) (Preferred)
• Other Technical Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
