Manager, Product Management

• Leads and drives the approach for the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more products or portfolio
• Leads and drives defining the value proposition, customer segmentation, and business case to bring innovative and disruptive products to the market
• Leads and drives the synthesis of market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details
• Aligns product lifecycle to business segment goals across all phases of the product and business segment lifecycles
• Leads product team and drives the evaluation and assessment of the key operational metrics

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study
• MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
• 10+ years of work experience in related field
• Proven ability to define and execute a business strategy that drives operational excellence & profit
• Strong technology foundation and business acumen
• Demonstrated experience leading people and teams on complex projects
• Excellent knowledge of Cloud technology i.e AWS, Azure for design and architecture
• Networking knowledge on WLAN and Wired technologies
• Advanced team and people management skills
• Advanced skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis
• Advanced business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
• Extensive experience with multiple networking vendor equipment (e.g., Juniper and/or Cisco)
