Manager, Project Management

• Working collaboratively with team members to support various initiatives and capabilities
• Collaborate with functions across the enterprise to identify needs, solve problems, develop new solutions, and improve products, processes, and services
• Build relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, focusing on enhancing departmental outcomes
• Perform project management functions including planning, organizing, and directing work
• Provide end-to-end project management support for evaluating and operationalizing new products, initiatives, and solutions ensuring their successful implementation and delivery
• Assess products and benefits to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
• Provide product-related support to constituents
• Identify potential solutions and offer recommendations to solve business problems
• Streamline processes and operational workflows within the product delivery and evaluation lifecycle, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness
• Convey information clearly to diverse audiences using effective communication and presentation skills
• Create documentation, develop collateral, and author PowerPoint presentations
• Assist with development of reference and/or training materials

• Minimum 3+ years' experience working in health care benefits, plan design, administration, or related field
• Experience identifying opportunities and developing solutions for business problems
• Experience interpreting data to tell a story or answer questions
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve
