As the Manager of Virtual Business Sales in the T-Mobile for Business Channel, you will lead a dynamic team of 8-10 Virtual Business Sales Coaches, driving sales attribution and overall channel performance. You will be accountable for enhancing Inside Sales operational efficiencies, productivity, and delivering the T-Mobile Brand Experience. Your leadership will ensure your team meets VBS Key Performance Indicators and Program Benchmarks, making you a key contributor to TFB's sales success. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, termination, performance management, and career development within an organization of over 80 employees. Job Responsibility:
Drive sales activities, manage frequent and timely business reviews, implement course corrections to achieve goals, and focus on continuous business optimization
Analyze sales activity data to understand trends, forecast, and make programmatic changes
Manage a team of Coaches leading Inside Sales Representatives' customer contact and sales activity
Foster professional development through mentor and feedback on results
Identify and provide feedback on performance issues
Implement the Inside Sales strategy and ensure consistency across all sales teams
Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, and other internal teams
Provide vision and strategic direction for the channel, ensuring Inside Sales Representatives embody the T-Mobile brand in all customer interactions
Identify strategic opportunities and develop clear and compelling cases for action
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED General (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
4-7 years Experience in outside or inside sales, sales management Required
2-4 years Call Center Experience Preferred
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrate key discernment skills such as Leadership (trustworthiness, time management, positive attitude, self-motivation)
Demonstrate strong listening skills, effectively manage conflicts, and exhibit proven leadership abilities to foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Ability to lead and develop teams to establish and cultivate initial client relationships, including setting up meetings and connecting with key contacts within the organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools like Outreach, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
