Our client, from the Corporate Services industry, is seeking a Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality corporate services while driving compliance and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team, ensuring adherence to internal policies and operational procedures
Proactively identify potential risks, report to senior management, and recommend solutions
Oversee client document management, ensuring proper filing and compliance with statutory requirements
Assist in business development by meeting clients, preparing proposals, and expanding the client base
Support recruitment, training, and team development initiatives to build a high-performing team
Ensure timely billing, collections, and accurate record-keeping of all client activities
Provide leadership support in the absence of senior managers and directors
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements:
Licensed (ICSA/MAICSA/SSM)
Minimum 5 years of CoSec experience
Familiar with the Companies Act, Bursa Listing Requirements, CS guidelines
Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, and with high integrity
