Job Description:

This highly respected legal nonprofit has an opening for a licensed attorney with a love for the legal field. This permanent Attorney role is based out of Stockton, California.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

Requirements:

Licensed attorney
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Stellar academic credentials and references
Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Management experience preferred
Deep understanding of Manages Performance
Expertise in Civil Litigation Experience
Basic understanding of California Labor Law
