Job Description:

This role is primarily focused on providing IT and cybersecurity advisory to lower/middle market PE firms, developing and implementing IT and cybersecurity strategies, and managing and growing customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Advise PE firms on IT and cybersecurity issues
Provide guidance on cybersecurity compliance regimes
Manage and expand existing customer relationships
Establish new customer relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT and cybersecurity matters
Create standard documents and templates
Train entry level consultants
Develop and present IT and cybersecurity strategy documents
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and quotas

Requirements:

Proven experience in Private Equity
Strong background in Business Development
Comprehensive knowledge of go-to-Market Strategy
Proficiency in Cybersecurity compliance
Demonstrable experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
