Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related
Previous experience working as a Manual Tester or in a similar role within software quality assurance
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies
Understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes
Knowledge of various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Ability to design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans
Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test scripts, test scenarios, and defect reports
Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail, or Quality Center
Ability to log defects with clear, concise, and reproducible steps
Meticulous attention to detail to identify even the smallest discrepancies and bugs in the software
Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret requirements and translate them into test cases
Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and determine root causes
Ability to think critically and creatively to anticipate potential issues and identify areas for improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
Ability to document and convey complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple testing tasks simultaneously
Experience in working under tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks based on project requirements
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, CSTE (Certified Software Tester), or other recognized testing certifications
Fluent in Portuguese and English
