We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing projects, and maintaining smooth departmental operations. The ideal candidate will provide critical administrative and organizational support to ensure the marketing team’s activities are efficient and successful. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing expense reports
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries specific to marketing-related requests or partnerships
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, and communications among team members and partners
  • Track and report on campaign or project progress by updating spreadsheets, project management tools, or departmental trackers
  • Help create, edit, or proofread marketing materials such as email templates, flyers, presentations, and social media posts
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, including digital libraries, image repositories, and promotional materials
  • Input marketing data into CRM systems or tracking tools and generate regular performance reports
  • Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, or other industry intelligence as requested
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, or tradeshows by coordinating logistics, bookings, and communications
  • Manage post-event follow-ups such as surveys, thank-you notes, and performance summaries
  • Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, designers, or vendors to ensure timely delivery of services or products
  • Assist with processing vendor invoices and addressing any billing or account concerns
  • Support marketing managers and directors with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to ensure team success

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of administrative or marketing support experience in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or email platforms
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable with managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding concepts

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or email platforms
