Job Description:

We are in search of a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the legal industry located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role involves a range of tasks including planning and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating marketing and community events, and conducting market research to identify trends.

Job Responsibility:

Implement marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing in support of the marketing department's initiatives
Independently manage marketing and community events, which includes logistics, registrations, vendor coordination, itinerary creation, and marketing collateral orders
Coordinate email marketing campaigns for products, events, or content, taking care of copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
Craft, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels to ensure voice consistency
Assist in the development and management of content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
Continually evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely execution of high-quality marketing programs, and maintain competitiveness
Conduct market research to identify trends in the market

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role within the legal industry
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
Experience with CRM platforms is essential
Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Facebook Insights
Proven track record in creating effective advertisements
Experience in blogging and content creation to increase brand awareness
Familiarity with budget processes and financial planning
Demonstrated experience in campaign planning and execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
