Job Description:

As the Marketing Director, you will take full ownership of product categories, driving brand strategy and execution to achieve sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead consumer insight efforts, manage category performance, and develop impactful marketing campaigns — all while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.

Job Responsibility:

Consumer Insights: Uncover and analyze consumer behaviors to inform product positioning and marketing strategies
Brand Management: Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive brand equity
P&L Ownership: Oversee category profitability, optimizing budgets, and implementing initiatives to enhance revenue and margins
Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development and sales teams to craft effective go-to-market strategies
Market Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities
Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, managing timelines and analyzing performance to optimize impact.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer products, brand management, and category leadership
Strong analytical skills with experience managing P&L and driving business outcomes
Expertise in consumer insights, translating data into actionable strategies
Creative thinker with strategic vision and excellent storytelling abilities
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to execution
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
