Job Description:

A well-established property developer with a proven track record of successful projects is now seeking a dynamic and creative marketing professional to join their team as they continue to launch exciting new developments.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and events
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies
Work closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and property launches to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, contributing to innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field from a recognized higher learning institution
Minimum of 1 year of experience in property sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
Strong understanding of local markets with in-depth knowledge of the property industry, enabling the development and execution of effective marketing plans and campaigns
Proactive and resourceful, with proven experience in holistic marketing strategies
Pleasant personality, independent, and strong in leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
