Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead for our hiring partner - a global fintech company specializing in innovative financial solutions. This is a remote role with a preferred timezone of GMT +4 (±1 hour), offering the opportunity to shape and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple markets.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across Web, Mobile, and App platforms
manage core marketing areas: Performance Marketing (iOS/Android/Web), Retention (Push/Email), and Partnership Programs
build and maintain end-to-end marketing analytics with data visualization
plan, budget, and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives
conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, and test marketing hypotheses
lead SEO and ASO strategies, ensuring consistent traffic growth across all platforms
collaborate with product and development teams, writing technical specifications for IT modifications
coordinate with internal stakeholders, advocating for task prioritization and business needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing social media campaigns, content marketing, and ASO/SEO strategies
experience balancing Web and Mobile marketing strategies
knowledge of niche and local Ad Systems such as Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, and Naver Ads is a plus
expert user of Google Analytics and experience with Amplitude is highly desirable
strong sense of ad copy and visual performance evaluation
background in B2B fintech or crypto industries is mandatory
excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of niche and local Ad Systems such as Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, and Naver Ads
additional languages.
