Job Description:

This client has been showing remarkable growth in various areas at the same time they are also being known as one of the renowned property developer. With positive opportunities in the market, they are seeking for an experienced talent to lead and guide the sales and marketing department.

Job Responsibility:

Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan
Develop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, retailers and business partners
Source new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning
Conceptualize and develop strategies that will increase the occupancy

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing or equivalent
2-3 years of experience with proven track record in mall/retail leasing
