Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager at Baxter, you'll focus on developing and implementing downstream marketing strategies for our Infusion Therapies and Technology portfolio. The role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and strategic insight to make a meaningful impact on patient care and drive business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the downstream go-to-market strategy of our existing infusion pump platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Medical Affairs, to ensure alignment of strategies and results
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the infusion pumps market
  • Create and manage go-to-market budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive adoption, increase customer engagement, and maintain market share for our Infusion Pumps product line
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and activities
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, using data and insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to continually improve and adapt marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data and insights to offer guidance on marketing strategies
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment, with changing priorities and business demands.
