As a Marketing Manager for Baxter's Infusion Therapies and Technology portfolio, your role includes planning and executing marketing strategies for the infusion pumps product line. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, conduct market research, and launch campaigns to maintain market share. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a competitive drive to achieve results.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the downstream go-to-market strategy of our existing infusion pump platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Medical Affairs, to ensure alignment of strategies and results
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the infusion pumps market
Create and manage go-to-market budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment
Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive adoption, increase customer engagement, and maintain market share for our Infusion Pumps product line
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and activities
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, using data and insights to inform future marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to continually improve and adapt marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred
5+ years in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data and insights to offer guidance on marketing strategies
Thrives in a fast paced environment, with changing priorities and business demands.
