As a Marketing Manager, you will support marketing activities and promotional plans in the Chinese market. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the execution of marketing strategies and other related tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing plans
Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing activities align with the company's overall strategy
Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and consumer needs, providing insights for marketing decisions
Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement online
Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and promotional items
Assist in managing the marketing budget, track marketing expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
Regularly prepare marketing activity reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide feedback to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, with FMCG industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Ability to work in a team environment with a strong spirit of collaboration
