Job Description:

This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

Job Responsibility:

Develop strategic marketing plan and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business, inclusive of digital strategy
Work with sales team closely to provide execution support to better utilize sales aids and medical publications
Responsible for planning and executing the marketing activities within the approved operating expense level
Analyse competitive environment and accessing internal competencies to formulate sustainable and competitive strategy for ITT business
Engage cross functional team members, to ensure implementation of strategy and delivering performance, including long term projects collaboration with government/medical affairs team
Based on solid market understanding, develop ongoing strategies to support portfolio expansion, if needed
Develop solid relationships with KOLs and patient associations (if any) and ensures that common goals are set and delivered
Manage strong global and regional relationships with relevant marketing and support functions within Baxter and share best practice as required
Development of business tactical plans for market development growth opportunities for product/therapy assigned

Requirements:

Min 5 Yrs of Experience in Marketing role in Medical device/pharma
Atleast 10 Yrs Experience in Medical device/pharma
Strong Business Accumen Knowledge
