Job Description:

We are in search of a Marketing Specialist 2 to join our team in KING OF PRUSSIA, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be primarily focusing on conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing market conditions, and determining potential sales of products or services. Your expertise in data analytics will play a crucial role in devising and refining our go-to-market strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough analysis of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine customer personas
Devise and assess methods and procedures for collecting data
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau
Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams
Leverage skills in Excel, PowerBI, SmartSheet, Salesforce, and 6Sense
Use strong ability to analyze and interpret customer and market data
Apply proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Utilize negotiation skills to broker beneficial deals and partnerships
Use excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
Demonstrable experience in marketing and running marketing campaigns
A proven track record in training and implementing procedures
Ability to conduct research and data analysis
Experience with budget processes
Familiarity with the 'About Time' software
Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
Knowledge of Python and Tableau software
Understanding of various research methods
Experience with selling and handling queries
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience with conducting surveys
Proficiency in principles of marketing and data analytics
Ability to use 'Go' programming language

Nice to have:

Proficiency in sales and negotiation
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Experience with budget processes
Familiarity with the 'About Time' software
Knowledge of Python and Tableau software
