Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in Palm Desert, California. The role primarily revolves around the non-profit sector, and involves providing technical assistance and guidance to various community-based organizations. This role offers a remote working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
Create compelling copy that aligns with the voice of the brand
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create engaging graphics for social media platforms
Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Utilize Facebook Insights to analyze and report on social media performance
Plan and execute advertising campaigns
Write, layout, and create graphics for email blasts using Canva
Manage the budget processes for marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain a company blog to engage with the audience and promote brand awareness
Plan and execute campaign strategies

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
Solid understanding and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Ability to leverage Facebook Insights for strategic marketing planning
Proven track record in creating effective advertisements and promotional materials
Experience in blogging and content creation to engage audience and boost brand visibility
Demonstrated skills in building and enhancing brand awareness within the non-profit sector
Familiarity with budget processes, able to manage marketing expenses effectively
Extensive experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation
