Job Description:

As Marketplace Operations Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of Fever’s Marketplace. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize performance, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, a visionary approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving our ambitious goals.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and drive Marketplace performance growth
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketplace operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and the highest quality of service delivery
Identify areas for improvement and implement processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to align Marketplace Operations with broader company initiatives.

Requirements:

6+ years in a related role or strategy consulting background
Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies while managing day-to-day operations
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA or equivalent is a plus
Experience scaling, optimizing and automating operations in a high-growth company is highly desirable.
