Markets Operations (MCA) Project Manager, SVP

• Lead and oversee the strategic direction, development and implementation of MCA policy and standard requirements
• Implement MCA governance model, create Project plans, track and report
• Coordinate gap analysis and drive remediation plans for Markets Ops
• Partner with Markets Ops team and Risk and Control teams to assess gaps and identify remediation plans
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Wide Risk Management framework and Risk and Control processes
• Track record of delivering and managing large Projects across multiple businesses and geographies
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to lead global teams in a large organisation
• Demonstrated experience in delivering change in a collaborative, agile team environment as well as more standard frameworks
• Ability to monitor tight deadlines, or unexpected requirement changes
• Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, organise and prioritize work within a delivery framework
• Strong collaboration, communication and coaching skills
• Excellent client servicing and presentation skills
• Strong ability to establish, build and maintain strong effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of virtual teams to deliver on strategic outcomes
• Works with Operations stakeholders and builds and manages relationships
• Works with stakeholders to ensure Project scope definition meets operations objective, ensuring requirements are clearly documented are strategic and are well understood by all stakeholders and Technology
• Support the Operations line team with their test preparation and execution
• Leads the identification and drives resolution of issues, including those outside of the immediate workstream within their remit
• Drives adherence to Project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for Project delivery as defined by Citi PM standards

• Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked with Transformation as a Business Analyst, Project Manager managing teams and delivery on large, strategic cross-functional Projects
• Strong working knowledge of Global Markets and Global Markets Operations
• Prior Risk and Control Project Management and Governance experience a plus
• CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus
