Job Description:

Citi Markets Operations is transforming and simplifying its operating model, creating an exciting environment which encourages diversity of thought and inclusion. The role entails ensuring robust control environment compliance with global regulations and internal policies, while working in a fast-paced workplace.

Job Responsibility:

Perform daily and monthly regulatory reporting to SAFE/PBOC/CBIRC etc.
Ensure compliance with CCCL's code of business ethics
Provide insights on process and recommendation for improvement/ automation
Participate in data governance related work
Effectively identify and mitigate risks / issues
Perform periodic assessment to identify areas of weakness
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders for ways to improve data quality
Project Management of various deliverables for Regulatory Reporting Reviews
Involvement in automation initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
3-5+ years of regulatory reporting experience, especially in Foreign Exchange and other Dev products
Strong risk management and control mindset
Strong awareness of both external and internal best practice perspectives
Self-reliant, good problem solver & results oriented
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
Ability to establish and build trust with stakeholders
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel
