Job Description:

The position involves teaching Math using UK and IB curriculum, fostering inclusivity and creativity, and contributing to extra-curricular activities. The role is part of a two-year renewable contract at a leading international school in Dubai.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality, tailored Math classes to the UK and IB curriculum incorporating innovative teaching methods
Plan and execute creative, inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Establish a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community
Contribute to school-wide events and initiatives
Lead or support extra-curricular activities and Math-related clubs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Math or a related teaching subject
PGCE, QTS or appropriate Teaching License
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a classroom setting
Proven ability to design and implement engaging lessons
Expertise in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs
Demonstrated success in creating an inclusive classroom environment
Strong understanding of literacy and mathematical skill development within a Secondary setting
Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit
Dedication to community engagement and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders

Nice to have:

Ability to lead or support extra-curricular activities and Math-related clubs
Participation in parent-teacher meetings and school events
Contribution to curriculum development initiatives and sharing best practices
