After an intensive period of theoretical training, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a highly professional environment. You’ll develop valuable skills, build industry connections, and move closer to your passion for motorsport.

Job Responsibility:

Analyzes F1 car performance, developing new analysis processes and KPIs to support both factory and in-race activities
Supports the System, Suspension, Gearbox, and Pit Equipment teams through CAD design work and R&D testing activities
Supports the design activities of the Composite Group related to CAD modeling of laminates and design for composites' lamination and gluing equipment
Optimizes and supports the manufacturing processes of F1 car components, ensuring high precision, efficiency, and quality control while collaborating with design and engineering teams to meet performance standards

Requirements:
