Job Description:

Position involves building maintenance and plumbing/mechanical tasks for various FM companies, including producing high-quality reports and engaging on-site interactions. Requires adherence to statutory and non-statutory maintenance schedules and reactive call protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Complete statutory and non-statutory maintenance tasks
Perform reactive works
Work to set maintenance schedules and contract SLA's
Produce high quality reports and estimates
Communicate and present technical information
Demonstrate competence with relevant qualifications

Requirements:

A Sound mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems is essential
Experience of working on Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems is essential
Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry
Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment
Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLA's
Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA's
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including ISO 9001 & 14,001
Ability to measure, work to plans (method statements), read technical diagrams and communicate, present and report technical information as appropriate to trade/skill
Been in the FM Industry for a minimum of 5 years
Carry out Maintenance and Reactive Calls
Undertake general plumbing tasks and general mechanical tasks
