We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Recruiter in the healthcare industry located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States. This role comprises of processing applications, maintaining precise records, and resolving inquiries. Additionally, the position involves monitoring client accounts and taking necessary action. This is a remote, Monday-Friday, contract role. Must be able to work independently but collaboratively with multiple department managers. Must have experience filling 3-4 requisitions a week.
Job Responsibility:
Handle the processing of client applications with accuracy and efficiency in the healthcare sector
Ensure the maintenance of precise records of client credit
Be the point of contact to resolve clients' inquiries and issues
Monitor the status of client accounts and take necessary actions when required
Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for various tasks
Leverage Careerbuilder, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in daily operations
Implement the Applicant Track System for efficient applicant tracking
Conduct Background Checks to ensure the credibility of prospective employees
Manage Benefit Functions to ensure employees receive their entitled benefits
Employ Cold Calling as a method to reach potential applicants
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Medical Recruiter role or similar within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry
Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for managing financial aspects of recruitment
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, ensuring efficient data transfer and communication
Experience using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
Proficient in CRM for managing relationships with candidates and clients
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective resource management
Experience with About Time for efficient time and labor management
Familiarity with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes
Skilled in conducting Background Checks to ensure the credibility of potential candidates
Knowledge of Benefit Functions to effectively communicate perks and benefits to potential candidates
Experience in Cold Calling to actively source potential candidates
