Job Description:

The role focuses on engaging members through outbound calls, educating them about superannuation options, and increasing engagement and retention through tailored campaigns. The position offers excellent career development, work-life balance, and hybrid working opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome calls to new members, helping them understand services provided and options available such as online access, consolidating funds etc
Pre-retirement calls to members at different pre-retirement age brackets to offer assistance with planning for partial or full retirement and making them aware of services available to help support them
Booking in referral appointments
Updating and maintaining accurate member records
Calls to support a range of topical marketing campaigns in the market
Follow up calls to advice campaigns targeted at pre-retirement members
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while delivering service excellence

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills, with a member centric mindset
A genuine passion for helping people better understand their personal finances, especially retirement savings
Ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with members and stakeholders
Ability to organise and prioritise to ensure that allocated tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner according to defined quality standards
A background working in a service based superannuation role
Previous experience working in outbound calls will be highly regarded but is not essential
