Job Description:

Randstad is seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers who are flexible to travel and dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals facing mental health challenges. This role involves providing person-centered care, working in diverse settings, and being part of a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Travel & Variety: Experience diverse settings and client needs, making each day unique

Requirements:

Have a passion for supporting people with mental health needs
Have at least 6 months of experience working in a UK mental health setting
Are strong communicators and build positive relationships
Are committed to providing person-centered care
Have a valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
Are fully eligible to work in the UK
Hold an up-to-date DBS check on the Update Service
