Job Description:

RANDSTAD is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our teams in Whitehaven and Kendal. This role involves providing person-centered care to individuals, fostering a safe environment, collaborating with care professionals, and enabling independence and participation in meaningful activities.

Requirements:

Genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities, older adults, PEG Feed training, complex behaviour and Mental Health Issues
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to build strong, trusting relationships
patient and understanding demeanor
commitment to providing high-quality care
6 months of relevant experience as a Mental Health Support Worker
must have access to a car and flexible to travel in Cumbria
must be able to work for 37.5 hours per week
no sponsorships provided
