Job Description:

Randstad in Cumbria is urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join their team. The role involves delivering tailored care plans, providing emotional and practical support, and working collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibility:

provide evening and weekend support
create a safe and nurturing environment
collaborate and communicate with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

6+ months of experience working in children's mental health
availability for evening shifts and at least 8 hours over the weekend
strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals
excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
previous experience in a similar role is essential
car mandatory & flexible to travel around 1 hour in Cumbria mainly, Carlisle, Whitehaven
PMVA training required based on service users
mandatory training certificates mandatory
no sponsorships provided
