Job Description:

Randstad Tuition Services seeks a resilient mentor to support a neurodivergent young person in Braintree, Essex. This role focuses explicitly on developing understanding of offensive/racist political views and providing alternative perspectives, with sessions held Monday pm.

Job Responsibility:

Provide face-to-face support to a neurodivergent young person
help develop understanding of offensive/racist views and broader contexts
offer alternative perspectives
engage in meaningful dialogue

Requirements:

Resilient
ability to discuss sensitive topics non-confrontationally
experience working with individuals who may hold radicalized views
ability to engage in curious and gentle challenging

Nice to have:

Political awareness
empathy
experience mentoring neurodivergent individuals
