Job Description:

We are in search of a Merchandising Associate for our client located in the Old Bridge, New Jersey area. As a Merchandising Associate, your main duty will be to analyze sales trends, maintain data within various categories, and provide insight into market conditions.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and comprehend sales trends within GM/HBC & Store Supplies categories
Keep a close watch on market conditions, providing valuable insights where necessary
Maintain and manage data related to various categories in the store
Coordinate efforts to understand and improve market conditions
Effectively handle the task of merchandising, ensuring the store is well-stocked and appealing to customers

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role
Bilingual SPANISH a MUST
Ability to effectively manage inventory and stock levels
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product placement
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory records and processing sales
